During my first week I maxed out at 8:28 and on my last week I maxed out at 16:31, so I doubled my max out time! I tried to do the Ab Attack video daily or at least every other day. I chose the 5 Day track with Ab Attack: 10 as my core/abs are extremely weak and need work. Ab Attack: 10 is a 10 minutes ab workout. So when I heard about this program, and the fact that it was only 30 minutes long and there was a MODIFIER I jumped on it! Month 1 has two tracks: 5-6 Days of exercise with or without the Ab Attack: 10. I still didn’t feel that I was at the fitness level to complete the original Insanity program. I remember walking on the treadmill never imagining that I could do ANY program he put out, too hard! I decided to give one of his programs a shot though, especially since it fit my time schedule…and time was something I didn’t have, especially with a baby! I did his Focus T25 program with very good results, and after that I became a fan! When I heard about this program a few months ago, I was excited. I began to see the infomercials for his Insanity program all the time.
